What is PayPal? PayPal is a third party payment processor which enables online Credit and Debit card payments. It is a secure system which has over 20 million registered users.

How do I use PayPal?
Add your items to the shopping basket then, when you are ready, view basket and select the 'Secure Checkout'. You will guided through placing your order by Paypal. You do not have to be a registered PayPal user to pay this way, however, if you wish to sign up to an account there is an option to do this at the end of the checkout. All orders are acknowledged by e-mail.

Is PayPal secure?
PayPal automatically encrypts your confidential information in transit from your computer to theirs using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level commercially available). Once your information reaches PayPal it resides on a server that is heavily guarded both physically and electronically. PayPal servers sit behind an electronic firewall and are not directly connected to the Internet, so your private information is available only to authorised computers. Only PayPal has access to your confidential credit/debit card details.

UK POSTAGE

Royal Mail 'Special Delivery'
Items up to the value of £2,500 are sent via the Royal Mail’s ‘Special Delivery’ service at a cost of £6.00. This service requires a signature and is insured against loss and damage.

Special Delivery is guaranteed to arrive next working day. If you would like to me contact you prior to dispatch to arrange a delivery date, please let me know or make a note of this on the order form. If someone is not available to sign for the parcel a card will be left with instructions on how to arrange re-delivery or collect it from your nearest Collection Office.

Guaranteed Saturday Delivery:
The Royal Mail provides a Saturday guaranteed service for an additional £2.20. If you are ordering online and would like this service, please add it to the basket via the .

Packaging: All orders are delivered in a protective, damage proof mailing box.

EUROPEAN UNION & INTERNATIONAL POSTAGE

EU Delivery:
Items up to the value of £500 are sent via the Royal Mail’s ‘International Signed For’ service from £8. This service requires a signature and is insured against loss and damage and takes from 3 days to arrive. Orders over £500 or requiring express (next day) delivery can be arranged by courier. Delivery to the EU is quoted for on an individual basis. Please me to discuss your requirements.

International Delivery (Outside the EU):
Items up to the value of £500 are sent via the Royal Mail’s ‘International Signed For’ service from £10. This service requires a signature and is insured against loss and damage and in general take around 4 days to 5 days to arrive at most destinations. Orders over £500 or requiring express delivery can be arranged by courier. International delivery is quoted for on an individual basis. Please me to discuss your requirements.

Customs and import duties do not apply to delivery within the United Kingdom or European Union. For International orders, customs or import duties may be levied once the package reaches your country. If so, these charges are to be paid for by the recipient. I neither have control over these charges if they are levied, nor can I predict what they may be.

Packaging: All orders are delivered in a protective, damage proof mailing box.

Availability & Timescales:
Please refer to the 'Availability' section on each page or me for exact timescales.

All orders are dealt with as speedily as possible. Items which are in stock are usually dispatched within 3 working days of payment being received. If you require your order urgently it may be possible to dispatch your order the same day.

Special Date / Commissions:
If there is a specific date you require your order to be delivered, please me with the exact date and I will advise you if I am able to meet your request. Specially commissioned items are dealt with on a individual basis.

Christmas Orders:
Some pieces are available for immediate dispatch but before placing an order, please contact me to check availability for Christmas delivery. Items that are not available will be handmade to order and dealt with on a first come, first served basis. To avoid disappointment, I would advise that you contact me as soon as possible. I hope to accommodate late orders but before placing and order, please and I will advise you if I am able to meet your request.

All items are checked before they are sent out. Please check the items upon delivery. I must be contacted within three days of receipt, in the unlikely event of damage or loss.

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied you may return the goods within 7 days (EU 9 days and US 14 days), unworn in perfect condition, complete with all accessories, packaging and proof of purchase and I will be happy to offer an exchange, credit note or a full refund less the cost of the P&P (please see excemptions below)

Please me prior to returning an item with details of the problem. Returns must be sent via the Royal Mail's 'Special Delivery' service and insured for the full cost of the item within the time stated. I cannot be responsible for lost or misdirected returns if they are returned by normal or recorded post.

Items that cannot be returned:

Commissions:
Jewellery that has been specially created to your own requirements cannot be returned.

Earrings:
I regret that for hygiene reasons Under UK Health and Safety law, earrings for pierced ears cannot be returned unless they are faulty.
