Please me if you wish to place an order outside of the UK. Delivery to the EU is from £8-£10. International delivery from £10.

What is PayPal?
PayPal is a third party payment processor which enables online Credit and Debit card payments. It is a secure system which has over 20 million registered users.

How do I use PayPal?
Add your items to the shopping basket then, when you are ready, view basket and select the 'Secure Checkout'. You will guided through placing your order by Paypal. You do not have to be a registered PayPal user to pay this way, however, if you wish to sign up to an account there is an option to do this at the end of the checkout. All orders are acknowledged by e-mail.

Is PayPal secure?
PayPal automatically encrypts your confidential information in transit from your computer to theirs using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level commercially available). Once your information reaches PayPal it resides on a server that is heavily guarded both physically and electronically. PayPal servers sit behind an electronic firewall and are not directly connected to the Internet, so your private information is available only to authorised computers. Only PayPal has access to your confidential credit/debit card details.

Presentation
Each piece of jewellery is presented in its own 'Georgina Ettridge' branded gift box and supplied in a gift bag and tissue paper.

Enclosed with my compliments is a mini jewellery care cloth and photocard statement about the work.

All orders are delivered by insured and signed for postage, in a protective, damage proof mailing box.

UK - 'Special Delivery'
Items up to the value of £2,500 are sent via the Royal Mail’s ‘Special Delivery’ service at a cost of £5.00. This service requires a signature and is insured against loss and damage.

Special Delivery is guaranteed to arrive next working day. If you would like me contact you prior to dispatch to arrange a delivery date, please make a note of this on the order form. If someone is not available to sign for the parcel a card will be left with instructions on how to arrange re-delivery or collect it from your nearest Collection Office.

EU - Airsure Express' Delivery
Items up to the value of £500 are sent via the Royal Mail’s ‘Airsure Express’ service at an approximate cost of £8-£10. This service requires a signature and is insured against loss and damage.

INTERNATIONAL Delivery

Availability & Timescales:

All orders are dealt with as speedily as possible. Items which are in stock are usually dispatched within 3 working days of payment being received. If you require your order urgently it may be possible to dispatch your order the same day.

Special Date / Commissions:
If there is a specific date you require your order to be delivered, please me with exact date and I will advise you if I am able to meet your request. Specially commissioned items are dealt with on a individual basis.

All items are checked before they are sent out. Please check the items upon delivery. I must be contacted within three days of receipt, in the unlikely event of damage or loss.

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied you may return the goods within 7 days (EU 9 days and US 14 days), unworn in perfect condition, complete with all accessories, packaging and proof of purchase and I will be happy to offer an exchange, credit note or a full refund less the cost of the P&P (please see excemptions below)

Please me prior to returning an item with details of the problem. Returns must be sent via the Royal Mail's 'Special Delivery' service and insured for the full cost of the item within the time stated. I cannot be responsible for lost or misdirected returns if they are returned by normal or recorded post.

Items that cannot be returned:

Commissions:
Jewellery that has been specially created to your own requirements cannot be returned.

Earrings:
I regret that for hygiene reasons Under UK Health and Safety law, pierced earrings cannot be returned unless they are faulty.
