Presentation & Packaging
Each piece of jewellery is presented in its own 'Georgina Ettridge' branded gift box and supplied in a gift bag and tissue paper.
Enclosed with my compliments is a mini jewellery care cloth and photo-business card.
P&P and Delivery:
All orders are delivered by insured and signed for postage, in a protective, damage proof mailing box.

UK Postage: Royal Mail 'Special Delivery' Guaranteed
Items up to the value of £2,500 are sent via the Royal Mail 'Special Delivery' service, from £8.00. This service requires a signature, is insured against loss and damage and is guaranteed to arrive next working day before 1pm, so if you required a specific delivery date it can be arranged. If required, a 'before 9am' service is also available at £23.00.
If you would like to me contact you prior to dispatch to arrange a delivery date, please let me know or make a note of this on the order form. If someone is not available to sign for the parcel a card will be left with instructions on how to rearrange delivery or how to collect it from your nearest Collection Office.
Guaranteed Saturday Delivery
The Royal Mail provides a Saturday guaranteed service which is available for an additional £4.
Packaging: All orders are delivered in a protective, damage proof mailing box.
EU & Other International Orders
For orders and commissions outside of the UK, please contact me for a quote for delivery to your specific location.
Items under £500 are sent using the Royal Mail ‘International Tracked & Signed For’ service from £13.50. This service requires a signature and is insured against loss and damage and they aim to be delivered in 3-5 working days.
International Delivery (Outside the EU):
Items up to the value of £500 are sent via the Royal Mail 'International Signed For' service from £14. This service requires a signature and is insured against loss and damage and in general take around 4 to 5 days to arrive at most destinations.
Orders over £500 or requiring express delivery will be sent by courier. These are quoted for on an individual basis, so please Contact me to discuss your requirement.
Availability & Timescales

All orders are dealt with as speedily as possible. Items which are in stock are usually dispatched within 3 working days of payment being received. If you require your order urgently it may be possible to dispatch your order the same day. For further information, please see the 'Delivery' section.
Special Date / Commissions:
If there is a specific date you require your order to be delivered, please Contact me with the exact date and I will advise you if I am able to meet your request. Specially commissioned items are dealt with on an individual basis.

All items are checked before they are sent out. Please check the items upon delivery. I must be contacted within three days of receipt, in the unlikely event of damage.
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied you may return the goods within 14 days in unworn perfect condition, complete with all accessories, packaging and proof of purchase and I will be happy to offer an exchange, credit note or a full refund less the cost of the P&P (please see exemptions below).
Prior to return, please Contact to make me aware of the return and reason for it.
Returns must be adequately packaged and sent via the Royal Mail's 'Special Delivery' service and insured for the full cost of the item, within the time stated. I cannot be responsible for lost or misdirected returns if they are returned by normal or recorded post.
Returns outside the EU:
Please ensure you mark the shipping documents / waybill with 'Return of British Goods'. Otherwise you will be liable for any British customs duties or taxes charged on your returned item.
Items that cannot be returned:
Jewellery that has been specially created to your own requirements or personalised cannot be returned.
I regret that for hygiene reasons under UK Health and Safety law, earrings for pierced ears cannot be returned unless they are faulty.
Should your jewellery need repairing, please do not hesitate to get in touch. These are dealt with on an individual basis. Please Contact me to discuss your requirements.
In the first instance, if you are able to, please send me photo of the piece as this a good way for me to determine what work needs carrying out. This can be confirmed when it is sent back to me for evaluation. Please only send your jewellery back by an insured and signed service such as the Royal Mail ‘Special Delivery’ service.
If you have a lost an earring, it should be possible to create one to match if the remaining one is sent back to me. This is charged for at around half the cost of a pair. Please Contact me to discuss the details.
